HW4 Q4 too big?

It's been awhile since I did this problem, but a quick look at it leads
me to believe that you do not need this many states. You should take
another stab at thinking of how to do this.

I thought I needed 6 states for my machine. Now I need to make a truth
table with 2^6 rows??

I think it might be possible in 4, but I used 5 states.

So we should have less than 6 states?
